About me

Hi, I'm Joan and I am here to help you with all the changes your body goes through during pregnancy, birth and beyond right up to the menopause. These changes will affect your muscle activity and strength, posture and hormones. I offer a variety of classes/workshops that will help you to find positive outcomes to these changes to give you energy and fitness to enjoy life to the max!

Tuesday / Friday @ 09.15am


This class is designed for women of any age and fitness ability in order to get out in the fresh air and have fun while getting toned, fit and strong, and benefitting both cardiovascular and bone health.  There is plenty of free parking

A class for women of all ages and fitness abilities as exercise can be adapted to suit the individual.  You need to be at least 6 months post-natal and have no pelvic floor or diastasis issues (if you do please get in touch, I will help you in other classes).
