Originally a 6 week live course, the course has progressed to add a further 6 weeks online but still with full support from a Holistic Core Restore ® coach. To get the most out of the course it is encouraged that you complete the full 12 weeks but there is the option to do just the initial 6 but I think you will finish it wanting more!


For women of any life phase, the initial 6 live sessions provide you with all the information on how to look after your pelvic floor and core, connect you back to these areas to make you feel stronger and more confident with moving onto other activities with the most efficient body function.


You will attend a weekly class where you will be taken through progressive exercise to build up the connection to the pelvic floor and core. You will have the equipment to continue these exercises at home and have access to an online portal to continue with progressive homework. Homework takes no more than 20 mins and we recommend that you do this on 3 occasions during the week between classes. You will have eternal access to this online portal allowing you to re-visit the exercise at any time beyond the 6 week course.


Getting you pelvic floor and core back in action is not just about making the muscles work more but also about getting any muscles that work too much to work less. This is achieved by carrying out mobilisations and release exercises for the whole body because everything is connected and over time anything not working correctly somewhere will have an impact on how something works elsewhere in the body.


By week 3 or 4 most women are beginning to notice a real difference in their activity of the pelvic floor, bladder control is improving and tummies start to feel toned and flatter.

During the six weeks you will also receive full ongoing support from myself via a Whatsapp group which will keep you on your toes to keep going with the homework and you can ask me any questions about the exercises and pelvic floor either through the group or one to one.


The beauty of this course is that you will be working the pelvic floor in upright functional positions, the place where you need it to work!


The second six weeks takes this even further with increases in intensity with exercise whilst still activating and connecting with the pelvic floor. The second half of the course is done with you receiving 2 workouts a week to complete at home with full ongoing support from myself and during this 6 weeks there will be an opportunity to attend two live sessions to make sure you are really on top of things with the exercises.


The outcome is a stronger pelvic floor with a better understanding as to how this area connects with the rest of your body. You will feel improved activity in the abdominal muscles resulting in a flatter tummy for those that have struggled with this area so far. You will be ready to move on to further activity knowing that your body is ready to cope with this.

  • How long is the course?

    The programme is 6 weeks for the live class sessions, weeks 1-6. There is then an option to move on to a second 6  weeks (weeks 7-12) which is a progression from weeks 1-6 and will work you harder again.   • How often should I do my homework?

    The programme recommends that you aim for, 4 times a week. It will take about 20 mins and could be done in 2 halves to start with while you get used to all the exercises and build up to doing more exercise.

  • What should I bring to the class?

    Come along in exercise clothes and bring a bottle of water.
