Work at your pace with timed intervals allowing you to work harder as you get fitter. 


A low impact all over body workout with all the intensity! This all over body timed interval based workout is suitable for all levels of fitness and all ages because you can work at the pace that suits you. The class is a jump free zone so perfect for looking after your pelvic floor and continuing on from The Holistic Core Restore ® programme. The exercise will work to get your heart rate up and your body sweating, allowing you to burn fat even when you stop exercising. Some equipment is used within this class – exercise bands and small weights and these can be purchased prior to starting the class if necessary. 


The class always ends with a series of whole body movements to allow the body to move freely again after working hard and promotes relaxation.


FAQ'S

  • What equipment do I need for this class?

    A variety of resistance bands,  some small hand weights (tins of tomatoes or similar will also do), and a broom handle without the implement on the end! 



  • What if I miss a class?

    This class is currently run over zoom and will continue to do so for now.  The session is always recorded of me doing the exercises so that this can be sent out to you to catch up with when time allows. 

  • What if I can't keep up with all the exercises?

    The class is designed for you to work as hard as you like or can manage.  The exercises are done over a timed interval so it's fine to work at your pace and do as many as you feel able to do.
