An evening for women of all ages and life stages so suitable for pregnancy, post birth and beyond.

The Pelvic Floor is an area that isn’t talked about enough so unfortunately some women do sit in silence with problems they may be suffering with the pelvic floor. It is an area that commonly experiences problems with function and control particularly after childbirth but also at many other times in a woman’s life due to the changes in hormones as the aging process occurs.

It is an area however, that doesn’t have to be suffered in silence as there is help out there and this relaxed informal evening is a great place to start.
