The kettlebell is a versatile weight that can be used in many ways to provide a great all round body workout working on both your cardio and strength fitness and therefore giving benefits to both heart and bone health.


Each class will provide a workout with a wide range of exercises to provide variety as you exercise and to make sure you are not overworking one area of the body. The variety of exercise will also get you thinking and therefore provide you with a brain workout too.


To join in with this class you must be at least 6 months post natal and already be taking part in regular exercise and have no pelvic floor or diastasis (tummy muscle separation) issues.

  • How long is the class?

    The class is 45 mins. 

  • What if I miss the session on zoom?

    The class is always recorded so you can receive the recording and carry out the session in your own time. 

  • Who is this class for?

    This class is suitable for anyone wanting to get an all-over body workout and tone some muscles.  It is not suitable for anyone less than 6 months post-natal and you must have been taking part in some regular exercise already before you start adding this class to your routine.  If you are more than 6 months postnatal but still have issues with pelvic floor function or a diastasis (tummy muscle separation) then please get in touch and I can help you with this first. 

  • What equipment do I need?

    One kettlebell is required for the class.  Most of my class members use a 4,6 or 8kg.  If you don’t own one, then I do have some to loan out so just let me know. A mat to lie on for some exercises is also required occasionally.
